Mobile Credit Card App and Discover Website Both Ranked #1 for Customer Satisfaction by JD Power

RIVERWOODS, Ill., June 02, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Discover’s mobile credit card app and website, Discover.com, ranks first in customer satisfaction among U.S. credit card companies, according to JD Power US Credit Card Mobile App Satisfaction StudySM and the US Credit Card Online Satisfaction SurveySM. Discover’s mobile app scored 876 out of a possible 1,000, beating the industry average by 14 points. Discover.com scored 864 out of a possible 1,000.

The JD Power 2022 US Credit Card Mobile App Satisfaction Study gathered feedback from 3,252 credit card app users, measuring the level of satisfaction of cardholders who had installed their primary credit card issuer’s app on their smartphone and who had used the app during of the last 30 days. Discover cardholders who have used the company’s app ranked it top in the study’s four main categories, including: visual appeal, information/content, speed and navigation. .

The JD Power 2022 US Online Credit Card Satisfaction Study surveyed 3,295 US residents who had an online account set up with their primary credit card to access from a computer and who had used the primary credit card website in the previous 30 days. Discover Cardholders who have used Discover.com rated it top in all four major categories including: Visual Appeal, Information/Content, Speed ​​and Navigation.

This is the third time (2017 and 2019) that Discover’s mobile app has ranked #1 in US credit card mobile app satisfaction survey.
